Rules For KULP Wheel of Winning Contests

 

These rules apply only to the following contests:

-> The Wheel of Winning
-> Hot Summer Bingo
-> Twelve Days of Christmas

Listen to KULP to be the designated caller to play.  You must call the KULP Studio Line at 979.543.9191 to play any contest on KULP.

Wheel of Winning Contest Format.

• Wheel of Winning. There are twelve (12) winning numbers on the wheel.
• Hot Summer Bingo. Choose one of the letters that spell – K U L P B I N G O. There are 12 slots on the wheel, K U L P B I N G O is 9 slots. There are two spin agains, and 1 instant winner.
• Twelve Days of Christmas. There are twelve (12) winning days on the wheel of winning. The contestant will be asked to choose their winning number or letter from the choices on the Wheel of Winning.
• The DJ will spin the wheel of winning live on the air. The winning number or letter will be announced while the contestant is live on the air. If the spin matches the contestant’s letter or number, they are a winner.

Prize’s on each of the Wheel of Winning contest will vary.

By participating in the Wheel of Winning Contests, you agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules; (b) that the decisions of the KULP is final on all matters relating to the Contest; (c) you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) in the event that you do not comply with these Rules, you will be disqualified and your prize (if any) will be forfeited.

Warning: Online listeners who stream KULP will experience a lag in transmissions due limitations of your online connection.  Listeners of the online stream may not be able to participate in, or may be disadvantaged in participating in on-air promotions.

1)      Unless otherwise specified, each Contest is open to only to individuals who (i) are legal U.S. residents, (ii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and (iii) who reside in the state of TEXAS.  No purchase is necessary.

2)      Prizes in any Wheel of Winning contest has no cash value.

3)      You or anyone in your household can only play one (1) time per day.

4)      You CAN ONLY WIN ONCE – Only one (1) winner per household DURING and THROUGH THE END OF THE CONTEST.  Winners are subject to verification by KULP.

5)      You have twelve (12) days from the date of winning to pick up your prize in person or the prize will be void.  If you cannot pick up your prize in person, you can have a designated representative pickup your prize upon verification by KULP.

6)      All prizes my must be picked up at KULP 515 East Jackson Street, El Campo, Texas.  KULP WILL NOT MAIL PRIZE TO CONTEST WINNERS. There are no exceptions to this rule.  If you or representative is unable to pick up your prize, you forfeit your prize.

7)       All winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Legibility/Release of Lability Form to secure the prize.  Failure to sign this form will cause of forfeiture of your prize.

8)      Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferrable.

9)      Taxes.  All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded in any Contest or Sweepstakes become the sole responsibility of the winner.  All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.

• The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by KULP is reserved exclusively to KULP. Its decisions shall be final.
  Contestants can be disqualified at any time for any reason by station management.
• KULP reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time. The decisions of Wharton County Radio Inc (KULP radio) are final.
